Foundry Coaching — Privacy Policy

Foundry Coaching Pty Ltd (ACN 701 155 624, ABN 98 701 155 624, "Foundry," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about or join a Foundry Coaching membership, how we use it, and your rights over it.

Information We Collect

When you sign up, we collect the information you give us directly, including:

Contact details: full name, email address, phone number, and Discord username.
Health and training information: your training history, current stats, goals, available equipment, and any injury history you share during onboarding.
Payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe (see below, we don't store your card details ourselves).
Progress photos, which we deliberately don't collect through the intake form. If you'd like to share these, you send them to us directly by email so you have full control over how and when they're shared.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Build and adjust your personalised training and nutrition programming.
Communicate with you about your membership, check-ins, and billing.
Set you up in our coaching platforms (Google Sheets, Discord, WhatsApp) after onboarding.
Process payments and manage your membership through Stripe.

In short: we only collect what we need to coach you properly, we don't sell your information, and progress photos are only ever shared with us if and when you choose to send them.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run Foundry Coaching, each with their own privacy practices:

Stripe, for secure payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.
FormSubmit.co, to deliver your intake form submission to us by email.
Discord and WhatsApp, for community access and coaching communication.
Google Sheets, for your training log and programming.

Data Storage & Retention

We keep your information for as long as you're an active member, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you rejoin or for our own record-keeping and legal obligations. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action it, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, email foundryfitnesshq@gmail.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as Foundry grows. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
